Independent learning — Reading: During the first week of class, students enter the process to choose a practice group for team work. The date of the exam is determined by the Academic Council within the period set for mid-semester examinations. By assigning the Project at the beginning of the course, students are allowed to study as they progress on the teaching blocks. The process for continuous assessment is completed with a final examination covering the entire course content, the date of which is set by the Academic Council.
Students opting for single assessment for the First Part of the subject fe understand that it consists of a final examination with theoretical and practical components.

Continuous assessment implies evaluating progress in the subject and involves the completion of various exercises throughout the course, with different scores attached to different assignments.

Faculty of Chemistry Credits: These practical exercises consist of the following activities: Each student is responsible for the defence of the activities he or she carried out within the group.
